Resend an invoice?

My customer accidentally deleted my PayPal invoice from her inbox, and can't find it. Can I resend that same invoice to her again for payment?

You should be able to do that however, if for some reason, you can't, send a new one.

When I pull up the original invoice I sent, my current options are to... Edit, Copy, Remind, Print, Marked Paid, or Cancel Invoice.   Would I use the Copy option?  Is that for resending?  I don't want to somehow duplicate the charges on my Account.

What may work better for your bookeeping would be to cancel that invoice and send a new one.

Copying an invoice is just a quik way to create a new one. When you copy an invoice, the Create a new invoice page opens and displays an exact replica of the original invoice except for the invoice number, invoice date, and due date. These three fields are reset. You can make any necessary edits before sending the invoice.
