Requesting a Check

Hello all!  I am new here, so thanks in advnace for your help!

I've been with paypal a while, and have requested checks from my account many times before with no issues.  However, recently, I have do so and have not gotten my check.

On Jan 20, 24 days ago, I requested a check from my account.  I haven't gotten it.  Paypal says its in the mail.

What can I do?

Call customer support with your concerns.  They should be able to do some tracing.

How do you request a check now?  All I see is the transfer to bank account option.

I spent 20 mins. on the phone Monday to find this out!

Thank you!  I spend a couple hours getting unhelpful E-mail and "help line" robots at PayPal, before finding your message.  I was not able to speak to a real person at PayPal, I got routed to robots.  Very glad you were able to get this information and pass it along!
