Refund

I bought a shredder software program online, last month. Downloaded it, but it never worked on my machine. I asked for a refund, and the company, I bought the program from, issued the refunf 7/10/15. Paypal has had these funds on hold, since 7/15/15. When can I expect those funds to be released to my bank? I've been reading alot about refunds on this forum, and it seems like paypal does this alot.

Thats a long time for a refund hold, are you sure the seller actually refunded you and did not use the "send payment" option instead??

Does it say anything about a 21 day hold when you click on it??
