Problem with invalid IBAN

Hey. I have a problem. I create PayPal buisness account and can not add bank account. Writes: "You have entered an invalid IBAN". My account at the Lithuania's  AB Šiaulių bankas  ********************

When I try to add a bank in profile, there is only the choice of banks in the United States. I need Lithuania.

I live in Lithuania, an account in the same place. But when I try to add a bank  paypal offers the only banks in the US

We're sorry to learn you're running into this issue.

The option of adding a local (Lithuanian bank) is not currently available. 

At this time, Lithuanian PayPal accounts can withdraw funds to a local credit, debit, or prepaid card or to a US Bank account.

If you don't have a US bank account, adding a credit, debit or prepaid card is your best option. Perhaps you can obtain one of those cards from your bank.
