Paypal charged me 1€ for adding a card and another 1.5€ to confirm the card

Hello 🙂

When i added my credit card, i was charged 1€ and then the 1,5€ to confirm it.
I already received the 1,5€, but didn't receive the 1€.

Its normal to be like that?
How long it takes to receive the 1€?

When linking and confirming a card, PayPal will validate the card by charging an amount to it, you then have to confirm the card meaning you are the owner, after that is complete, the money that charged to the card is credited back to your PayPal Account Balance.  If not all the money has been credited back suggest that you follow-up with customer support as they should be able to assist.

Ok, im gonna contact the support 🙂

But was juast posting, to know if its something that usualy hapens.

I just knew about the 1.5€, that i wud get refunded after inserting a code.
