Payment notice doesnt include buyer's address!

When I sold something on my old website I would get an email fro PayPal advising me, and the buyer's name and full address along with details of the purchase would be in it.  My website is now overhauled and when I make a sale I get the notice but the address of the buyer is not included, neither is details of what they are buying!  I get their name and the dollar amount and their email address.

I called PayPal who told me it has to do with "integration" I assume between PayPal and my website.  I've looked everywhere and cant figure out how to get this important info added to my notice of payment.  My web design person is away at the moment....so she cant help me.

The webiste is done in WordPress and I get a notice from them of the sale but I need the PayPal notice too!  Can anyone explain to me how to get this fixed?  It's probably some simple setting somewhere...

Thanks

In order to figure out what is going on, you would need someone to look at what variables are being used in your item button code.  For example, you can include the "no_shipping" variable in your item button code with a value to "2" to prompt for an address and require it.

Thank you for your reply.  Is this something i can check myself?  I have never looked in there and dont know how to access it.  I dont want to mess anything up.

If you're not familar with how your code is setup to work with your web site, then you may want to leave that up to your developer.
