Pay by e-mail without paypal account and generate link

Hi, I sell on facebook, and i'm facing some problems, but I think that could be solved.


What i need is, in the new interface, define paypal account optional when i request money through e-mail, and if it is possible, generate a link for payment. I send a link, the buyer clicks and shows paypal gateway with optional account paypal to pay with credit/debit card.
