I'm a new PP user. I do not have my account fully verified because A. I don't have a drivers liscense B. I don't pay bills so I cannot verify my address....I use a site called Listia it's like eBay, but it's free and they highly reccomend the use of PayPal. I received a payment for shipping and there's not a "print shipping label" button next to the completed payment....can I not print a shipping label if I am not fully verified?
What type of PayPal Account do you have? (Personal, Premier or Business - note, it should be either Premier or Business and it's highly recommended that you verify it, else you will have issues.)
