My balance is 0.00 when I received payment from someone.

I made a sale for 43.39(after paypal fees). I went to paypal and it showed that I had received a payment and the status was completed, however when I looked at my balance it still said .00. What am I supposed to do now?

Well i bought some stuff about a week after, but the weird thing is that on my bank statements it shows the money i spent, however it doesn`t show that payment.

If you received a payment and it shows as 'Completed' it should be in your PayPal balance? 

Have you made any payments since receiving this payment as if you have the balance will have been used to pay for the items so this may be the case.

Go to 'History' and click on 'details' next to any payments you have made since and you will see if your PayPal balance has been used.

click on the  words "view all of my transactions" link on the right side where it shows all of your charges and such, then when the next screen comes up, click on the the link "all activity with balance" it will be more towards the left side of the screen, kinda under where it shows your total balance in big bold print.

the screen that comes up should give you some more details to see what has happened.

there are some situations, like if someone pays you with an echeck, where it 'looks' like you did get the payment, but since it has not cleared yet it does not show in your balance. not sure if something like that is in your case, but check the transaction activity that will probably give you more info

This same thing happened to me and I followed your suggestion.  The transaction is showing complete and there is nothing pending but my balance is 0.  What do I do now?
