I'm programming website and I'm trying to use the same principe as Fiverr. My site is auction site and when auction ends buyer has to pay seller.
- Buyer "pays" seller, but actually money is transferred to my business account.
- When buyer confirms that the item has arrived to his home, money should be transferred from my account to seller's.
But I have a problem doing part 2. when money has to be transferred from my account to seller's.
I'm not sure if that is possible to do it with PayPal API. So I'm looking for help here if somebody did something similar.
