Multiorder shipping, NEW ISSUE

I went to print the labels as always, they would normally print one per page, half the page. 

Today, they try to print two per page, and then even that is not right. They get to the point after about 5 that they are printing parts of three on a page, just a jumbled. Wasted a ton of labels, and now I have to go reprint each in history, one by one. Please let me know if this is a temp. bug or how to resolve this. Very annoying

My issue is when printing a shipping label, I use 2 part self stick per page. The label Paypal generates is great, but when you print it it prints the label on half and the instructions on the other half. Wasting half a sheet for every label. Is there a way to request the instructions not to print?
