I also have this problem on Firefox but Chrome seems to work.

Did all the things that Paypal tells you to do but it still doesn't work on Firefox.

Paypal has a problem here and I think does not want to address it and solve the issue.

Pressing "control" on my Mac while clicking the dropdown seems to work. Still, really annoying problem. Hopefully Paypal will get a fix up soon.

Anyone having this issue when printing from within PayPal itself? Now this is not from within eBay, but from the multi-order shipping in PayPal itself.

The Paypal shipping has been down 3 days November 1 to Now Nov. 3rd. When you go to
print the label all the labels are printing blank.

This is happening to my friends that use Paypal daily and family members. We have all tried from various browsers - Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. All thre browsers have the exact same result. We are all using windows PC, some with windows 7 and others with XP. I hope they have been notified of this issue.

Everything else works fine, but once you go and hit pay and the pop up window comes up even the sample label in the area where the bar code and the addresses' should show up, do not. It will print completely white/blank. The receipt part is printing out fantastic, but not the actual label.

Had the exact same problem yesterday, but only one of the two labels. One printed fine, the other blank. Today it's not even loading the java window to do the printing to try and reprint the other one. Gives me an error about 'Connection Reset by Peer'. So I voided it and will have to buy it somewhere else.

I have also been experiencing this problem. For the past 3 days I have been trying to print shipping labels and they have been appearing blank. I am going to have to stop using paypal if this problem continues.

I am experiencing the exact same problem, it is printing blank labels.  Reinstalled java and the problem persists, so I know it is a problem with Paypal and not with my computer.  Please fix immediately!

This seems to be a pretty widespread problem. There are a few other threads on here about this. I called Paypal today and they told me they have had a lot of calls and no solution or work around. I was told I need to void the labels if I can't reprint them within 24 hours. I don't print things on the weekends, but this morning I went to print 21 labels. After the first 4 printed, it started printing blanks. I cleared cookies, tried multiple computers and broswers, still nothing. I went back in and tried to reprint, nothing, nothing. 

Paypal needs to get this fixed ASAP. This is creating a lot of extra work, and delaying shipments, which could hurt feedback.

<--  WIN7 / IE9.  Same thing here.  The image is missing for every label I try.  Unbelieveable!  C'mon PP - you *should* be beter than that!!

I tried to reprint mine a final time this morning and now it says "you have reprinted this label too many times, if it still hasn't printed, then please void the label." Wonderful, so now I need to void 17 labels and manually enter them all. 😕
