So recently my account has finally been able to withdraw after 45days of being limited. My question is if I choose to withdraw by check, will my uncle be able to withdraw the money? or will it only work for me since my name is on the paypal account? Any input or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
The account is in your name, only you can use it. The exception would be if you had a Business Account. Business Accounts have a feature called Multi-User Access. You can assign you uncle specific access permissions to your account.
