It looks like this quesiton has been asked but never answered. I'm trying to import a Microsoft Excel CSV file for a Powership/Multi-Order shipment and I keep getting the following error:
"The MultiOrder Shipping tool was unable to import the file you attempted to upload due to a missing column header in column 22. Please check your file and try again."
The headers I'm using are:
First Name
Last Name
Company
Street Address 1
Street Address 2
City
State
ZipCode
Country
PhoneNumber
Order ID
Item Number
Title
Quantity
Payment Date
Custom Message
Shipping Carrier
Insurance Value
Does anyone have a solution to this? I have added dummy header information to the file but the error is always the same (with the exception that the column # changes in the error message).
