I was in dispute with a seller but since it began I've received emails telling me to Look at posts in the message centre. In spite of being able to Send to PayPal advising I cannot open or read the messages, no one is responding to me! I keep receiving standard advice emails but no one is following up my inability to open and read messages- I cannot continue to phone PayPal. It takes forever to get through- last time 40 minutes enforce I even spoke to someone! 1 hour 20 minutes!

Did you manage to open your message centre?
Everytime I try it just reloads my summary page.
