Hello I had a lady purchase a gift voucher for a friend and selected the "email" option. I've now had contact from her saying it was not received. I've never had one of this style before, only ever print, and on my confirmation of sale there's nothing I can send as I don't have the codes. Is it PayPal who sends it out or am I doing something wrong?
