Manual CC entry phone order

What is the correct way to manually enter CC info when taking a phone order with Paypal Here? Obviously, the customer is NOT present to give signature. I know in days of old (CC paper forms), we would put "phone order" in the signature line.

Would really appreciate some advice on this. Thanks in advance

I just use virtual terminal and in the invoice line, put a note "phone order"

That may be ok when you're in your store or office, but when you are at a trade show with only Paypal Here, I don't think you can do that, can you?
