Is the Ready to Ship Feature BROKEN????

I've been trying for days to get the "Ready to Ship" feature/tool to work- (under the "Activity" tab). I just keep getting an error message saying TRY AGAIN LATER! Is anyone else having this ANNOYING PROBLEM?? Ugh. I have tons of orders I needed to ship out- like 3 days ago!! This issue has done nothing but totally slow me downnnnnn!!!! The multi-order shipping feature is also a joke/ won't work 90% of the time on my iPhone 6s+!!! Any suggestions?? Thanks!

It hasn't been working for me either.  I sent in a request to customer service but nobody has replied for days!

Join the party! I can't even get the freakin' beta to let me go to the old shipping THAT ACTUALLY WORKED !!!!!!!!  Mine wants me to ship UPS (which I never use) and then tells me it is an incorrect carrier.  Stop improving stuff that does not need improving,dammit!

For two weeks now the "Ready to ship" display has worked on and off. Today it is completely empty. PayPal get this important feature fixed please. Many small businesses rely on this.

This is absolutely ridiculous!! It started working just fine for a few hours yesterday, then BAM- OFF AGAIN!! So annoying! I'm new with my biz, so learning as I go here. Do u happen to know of any other platforms that are similar? I'm so lost right now- pulling my hair out! My biz has grown to the point where I can't even keep up with the orders, much less keep track of what's been shipped or not! Ugh- PAYPAL!!

we relay on this to see what orders need to be shipped, as thios feture been down for long time now (and quite franky after PP was sold everything is barely working, new managment does not know how to deploy new software and test it) so we are now building our own custom pl;atform to process payments and automate shipping and other things. No more paypal headach 🙂  .... weel we still have to get stuck with PP before we comoplete

It is broken and has been for weeks! I called and complained and they said the would alert their developer team.

 

This doesn't look like a rocket science fix is needed.... 

 

  • They know the ship state of payments received (because it's smart enough to add "Print Label" options
  • So, write a query that uses that state to display what's "Ready to Ship"

 

We depend on this to make sure we're on top of our ecommerce shipments. A month or more and this still isn't fixed?! 

 

Terrible, terrible service!!
