We have quite a few reports of international residents not being able to get their credit card information to go through on the PayPal merchant services site. One specific issue has been paypal not liking the phone number they put in and they can never get it to go through due to that. Others just say the card won't ever go through.
The problems we are receiving come from people in Latin America, S. Africa and Europe. It may be a language issue as well?
Have others had problems with international credit cards going through and what are solutions?
Also, is there a way to not make the phone number required to solve that issue?
