International Shipping Label Error

Has anyone else noticed errors in the customs information on International labels? All of the information was entered correctly, but the printed customs forms is showing the value of a $92 package to be over $600. Something is seriously wrong and I can't void a $60 label and reprint it while having to wait for 2 weeks to get my money back.

Suggest opening a Support Ticket:

Shipping label service is provided via a 3rd party, by contacting Tech Support, they can check it out and notify their vendor.

Note, you have to setup an account first, then you can submit and track your question.
