Ok so somebody decided to start a claim against me for 41 dollars, so the money was taken from me and put on hold. And now 12 days later, he wins the claim for some reason and I GET 41 DOLLARS TAKEN AWAY ONCE AGAIN. I LOST 41 DOLLARS TWICE FROM ONE CLAIM. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING. I SHOULDN'T HAVE EVEN LOST THE CLAIM TO BEGIN WITH.

Not disputing that of course. It's a system glitch that needs tending to. Just saying it's no wonder that PayPal ruled against you as your transaction involves virtual goods, disputes we see here many a time, where there's no seller protection. A heads up is all.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

You only lose 41 dollars,not 41 and 41 dollars.
The 41 dollars withheld is now released and returned to the buyer.
what is the dispute and does he have to return the item first

The dispute involves virtual currency (Robux) sold on eBay is the story so far.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
