How to generate a 10-99?

Hi Everyone,

I switched over my accounts after March.  I did make money from January to March, but did not get a 10-99.  I am trying to generate a 10-99 or find my gross profits.  I've called paypal and can't get anyone to direct me to the right area.  Only computer people.  Very annoyed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you do not have a 10-99 does that mean you did not earn enough to have to pay it? I do not have one available.
