I have been waiting on hold for over an hour in regaurds to a seller that is being allowed to close a case before sending merchandise and on ebay he showed a bag of bolts as the tracking no wile emailing me to hang on. He got Ebay to close it and not has Paypal to pay him twice and it looks like he is going for more.
Paypal is not reading email and taking money in and out of my account without my permission and I have personally called and waited over and over to tell them it is not over yet and do not refund.
I just had a vendor try to combine shipments and give the same tracking number for both items that were on amazon and ebay with the only common thread being paypal. Flooding my email over and over with robotic email I could not keep up with mail that I had allready addressed. How many times do you call? Email? Contact seller?
