To buy a tracking number, you have to make a shipping label for your order or shipment and pay for the postage, then you will get a tracking number.
After you receive a payment, click the transaction, click Print Shipping Label button to access the shipping tools to add or check address, shipping method, weight, and other features. Then pay for the mailing label with PayPal, print the label. The tracking number I added to the transaction.
