How do I print one USPS label in the new interface

In the "classic" interface there was a drop down that let one print a label for a payment.

This functionality appears to be gone in the new interface. I could only find "multi order shipping" and it faield to import an order that in the old interface would clearly be shippable.

Is this functionality still available? Where did it go?
