DYMO 4XL settings with USPS printing

I have a new DYMO 4XL thermal printer I want to use for USPS printing through PP. (Not multi order printing).

The labels print ok but do not fill up the 4x6 label.... more like 2 1/2 x 4. How do I make it "fit the page"? There are no such options in the printer setting with PP.

 THANKS!

Well, after about 500 wasted labels I figured it out lol.

When the print window opens, choose open with another viewer. I Use Acrobat 9.0

Manually zoom around the label to get it to fill the screen, about 165%

In the print window, choose current view, and auto rotate & center

Make sure your set up to print in landscape mode.

 Print a full sized label!

Sounds like a lot but it's really only a couple of extra clicks.

 Hope this helps someone.
