Well, after about 500 wasted labels I figured it out lol. When the print window opens, choose open with another viewer. I Use Acrobat 9.0 Manually zoom around the label to get it to fill the screen, about 165% In the print window, choose current view, and auto rotate & center Make sure your set up to print in landscape mode. Print a full sized label! Sounds like a lot but it's really only a couple of extra clicks. Hope this helps someone.
