Country not showing up in "Ship To" address in paypal

For some reason the countries are not showing up in the ship to address under any of my paypal payments. This seemed to have started about a week ago.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Log into paypal through the website, then click on a recent payment you received. Thanks

Yes! Having the same problem - cannot set Romania as adestination country...
