Compliance Team Help Needed - This Is Rediculous - Account Limitation

My account was limited because PayPal seems to think I am a "broker/dealer" and they required that I send in Broker/Dealer registration paperwork.

 

I am NOT a broker/dealer, I am a writer and write news articles and research. That's it!

 

I've had this SAME account since 2005 - That's 11 years and now they limited my account!

 

I submitted my LLC paperwork and also a letter stating I am not a broker or anything like that, that I am a writer and have been so since I started with PayPal in 2005.

 

I cannot pay my bills, my electric is about to be shut off and all I get is a form email telling me to wait. It's been TWO WEEKS since I sent in everything and nothing has happened.

 

Does someone have an email address of a phone number of someone that can help?

One help person stated that just me telling PayPal I am not a broker/delaer should be all they need to lift restrictions, but that person didn't have the power. They told me just to wait.

 

I really can't wait any longer... My electric is about to be shut off and I don't even have the funds to renew my domain name right now.

 

Can anyone help or suggest a course of action?
