Can I sync PayPal Here with Accounting Software (to see cash/check and credit transactions)?

I have just started using PayPal Here and have been very pleased.  Since I am incorporating it into my existing business, I have customers who are still paying with cash and check - while others are excited to start using their credit cards.

I like the fact that I can use PayPal Here as a point of sale to enter and give receipts for both credit and cash/check payments.  However, I am trying the QuickBooks Online 30 day trial.  After syncing the two together, the PayPal credit card transactions are showing up in QuickBooks Online, but the cash/check transactions are not.  Is there a way to sync all transactions so that QuickBooks recognizes everything (not just credit card)?

If this is not possible with QuickBooks Online, is there another choice of accounting software that will be compatible?

To my knowledge PayPal does not record the non-PayPal money transactions other than as each item record.

I also use PayPal here for POS, but it falls short in many respects.  I also print a receipt for each sale, cash and credit, with the receipt showoing the inventory items and detail.  The bar code feature of PayPal Here inventory is really nice.  I create an item on the computer, then edit the inventory item on my tablet app and scan the item bar code.  Once it's recorded now I can scan (tablet camera) the item bar code and it's added to the register.

I think the cash records are just for informational purposes.

Square has a better inventory management system than PayPal, but Square does not offer an Android printer.  I don't know how Square records cash sales.  Square also allows the buyer to split payments between methods.

Another low cost option is Clover.com.  They have a real inventory management system and you will be the merchant as they are part of FirstData credit card processing.  Clover, however, doesn't have a nice app for a tablet but phone is OIK.  Chip card reader from Clover is only $30.
