I have an ebook that I'm selling for $9.97. When I click on the Buy Now button, the amount is right. But when a customer clicks in the UK, he gets £63.48! I can't verify it, but that's what he emailed me. All my payments through my shopping cart are through PayPal, so I can't figure out who else to ask.
Is there some way to fix this?
Thanks,

I don't really have an answer, but it sounds to me like paypal is calculating shipping. You might try setting up a sandbox account with a UK customer so you can see exactly what is happen from the buyer's end. Good luck!

It was an electronic product, so I don't know why that would happen. But the customer tried again later and got the right result, so I guess it was just a momentary hiccup.
