I am selling virtual goods for the game. Once the user paid. I give him virtual money for the game. The problem is that the users that actually paid but to me it says that its still pending, and I cant provide them with the items they bought as I haven't received the money.. Could anyone tell me what am I supposed to do from here and what this pending actually means? Because this is really frustrating and I am losing customers.
My friend just tested this with one dollar. I received the payment from the U.S within a minute. Most payments from other users are all over 10 US dollars. And they pay from EU banks. Should this make any difference? How come for others it takes this long?
I am asking this because I believe that those users that did pay might be scamming.
