Accepting recurring payments by website and by phone

Hello
I would like to accept payments by phone from customers credit cards then enter them onto my website via paypal button, can I do this and how much would it cost please?

Unfortunately you cannot do it that way. You can accept credit cards over the phone with Virtual Terminal, cost is $30.00 a month, sale or no sale. You cannot enter credit card sales for customers through own web site. PayPal tracks IP addresses along with the transaction. If there security spots several dirfferent transactions coming from the same location, it will set of red flags and your account will be either be locked or shut down.
