Hello! I was wondering when we can expect to receive our 1099 forms for 2012? Will we be able to get it off of PayPal's website, or will it be mailed to us?

I need to file my state taxes, and haven't received my 1099 yet. Do you know when to expect it?
Do you need to activate anything in your account for Paypal to send a 1099 to you? Or do they automatically just send them to everyone? Thanks!
