I could not figure out how to find the breakdown for what I paid to Ebay and Paypal for shipping only so I emailed them and got this lengthy (but effective) response. Thought it might help the rest of you compiling your tax paperwork...... 1. Log into your PayPal account. 2. Click “Reports” listed under the “History” link. 3. Click “Transaction Finder” towards the bottom of the screen, listed under “History and Search”. 4. To locate your USPS and UPS shipping charges, complete the following steps: a. Choose your date range (no greater than 90 days at a time). b. Click the dropdown for “Transaction Type” and choose “Shipping”. c. Click “Search”. d. Choose the type of file you want to download (PDF or Excel), then click “Download”. e. This will create a quarterly report of PayPal USPS and UPS shipping charges, listing a total dollar amount at the bottom. f. You may repeat this process for each quarter then add up the figures to obtain your full year’s shipping charges. 5. To locate your eBay Shipping charges, complete the following steps: a. Under “Report Search Criteria” type “eBay” into the “Search Keywords” field. b. Choose your date range (no greater than 90 days at a time). c. Click the dropdown for “Transaction Type” and choose “Billing Agreement Transactions” (This will exclude eBay Fees payments). d. Click “Search”. e. Choose the type of file you want to download (PDF or Excel), then click “Download”. f. This will create a quarterly report of eBay shipping charges, listing a total dollar amount at the bottom. g.
