I had an account for many years in spain. I got divorced and paypal was not able to change the name to my birthname. I had to open a new account. Now I got two payments, more than 200 Euros and I can not even get into my account. I have to sent a shipping number. One of the parcels had to go to Austria. Normal delivery was 9 Euros. If I would have sendet it with transaction number 17 Euros. And off course, I sendet it with normal post. There was a thing at a judge, that paypal is not allowed to hold money back. https://www.vzbv.de/meldung/rechtsstreit-gegen-paypal-erfolgreich-abgeschlossen But they still do it. Strange thing is, I used paypal for years and no problem. The other parcel I have to sent from Spain to Germany....I will do one thing now. Both of the buyers have to get thr payment back. Than they make a normal payment into my bankaccount and thats it! I'm not going to deal with anybody who does not give me my money. On my Website I find some other conclusions! Paypal has no right at all to put money on hold. This is what the law said and I'm not dealing with people who find excuses to play with my money!
