Long story short, I’ve tried to call PayPal 8 times in the last 3 months because I can’t access my other account due to having my number changed and it’s the only way I can log in on that one with the verification code issue. I have a remaining balance. But I don’t have access. Whoever has my old number will have access to all my info and I’m beyond worried. I’ve tried to ask for a password reset, didn’t work. I’ve tried to ask Twice to speak with a manager, which never happened. I’ve tried asking for the account to be shut down, but it’s still there because the money has still not been deposited and it has been several weeks now. I’m at a complete loss on what to do. Calling PayPal has not been helpful AT ALL. I keep getting promises that don’t follow through. Please help...
