Hi I returned an item to Nordstrom. They refunded me in store. Normally this goes directly into my pp balance. I have the cash card. Anyway it’s been 5 days. No money. I tried to filter and find the refund it doesn’t even show as processing or pending. It just shows complete payment. Nordstrom said it has been refunded and I have the receipts. Help! I had a refund from a retailer. The retailer processed the refund in the store. I paid with my balance using my pp cash balance card.
