Hey, I spoke to eBay because recently when i sell an item alot of the time the funds are getting kept on hold. I'm looking to sell my PC and if the funds are held I will not be able to afford the postage. eBay has said to me that i have graduated from the Funds Availability Programme and that paypal should not be holding my funds anymore. Any ideas on why this is still happening even though eBay are saying it shouldn't happen? Long response times from paypal right now
