Contact them thru the "Email Us". If you're trying to contact them thru Facebook dont, because customer service in Facebook cannot help you well that's base on my experience. But like i said contact them thru their Email and if you got a automated reply in your email that's fine that's normal just wait for atleast 1-3 days and you'll get your reply but in this situation right now with the COVID around you'll get much delayed reply for atleast 4 or 5 i guess? And yes you will get your money back along with the deducted fee (But you need to make an another email for that for them to return your deducted fee after you've got your money back) In my experience it last for atleast 1 month or if you're lucky you'll get it back in 14 business days (Holiday and weekends doesn't count) So yeah best of luck and i can guarantee you that you will get your money back but you gonna need to extend your patience because i assure you it's going take a while. ... Good news guys! I already got my money reversed back just now 7AM in the morning. After i follow up a couple of times every 2 days or 3 days I'm following up the Staffs so that they don't forget my case, and now after i follow it up i got my money back after an hour but it's been a long journey for real. Because i did my Withdrawal on Dec 31 2019 i just got it back this Jan 29 almost 1 month if you're gonna include the weekends. So just be patient and wait. And don't bug them every hour or other day instead every 2 days or 3 days sent a email and Facebook message because that's what I did. But one thing is they deducted me 4$ which is a not quite right tho 4$ is too much but anyways i got my money back that's not a problem. Yup i already did that too and they said i need to wait till 22th of the month before they make their move or something like that, tomorrow is that day which is 22 Jan but if they're basing on US base time then it'll be wednesday for me and that's their 22th of the month which is 23th for me, I dont mind tho. Well i already did that the only thing that my Bank told me is "we suggest that you coordinate with PayPal since they will be in a better position to advise regarding your remittance. You may coordinate with them for cancellation of your transaction due to incorrect account number" Which is kinda frustrating if you ask me because PayPal told me to email my Bank so i did. Then after i emailed my bank they're saying to email paypal, like seriously PayPal going hand me down to my Bank and my Bank gonna hand me down to PayPal. ... View more

Hello im back with it again. Just gonna ask if it's unusual if i still haven't got my money reversed yet? It's been 8 days now well 9 days 4 hours from now. I already talk to a lot of PayPal "workers"? And i emailed them and talked to them in Facebook and they all have a different replies. Other replies says it will take 14 business days and the other says 5-7 business days but im on my 8th day now. And in email they said i will be getting my money back around Jan 22 not exact date but around that date. So im really confused right now, how many days y'all got your money reversed? 14 business days? 5-7? Or over 20 days. Because the date i made my wrong withdrawal was Dec 31 2019. ... View more
