Every time I use multi order shipping, which is usually 3-4 times per week, I create & pay for the label and it does not give me the “Print Sample Label” OR “Print Label” like it did before. I have logged on from EVERY phone in the house and it still doesn’t work. It only works from the iPad, which I don’t always have access to and I really need to be able to print it from my phone. Any suggestions are appreciated. I have already tried to clear the cache and my phone is an iPhone.
