Hi, for a second time I didn’t receive goods paid thru PayPal and after asking help to PayPal, and trying fruitless contacting a seller, PayPal sent me a tracking number as evidence of delivery. However the tracking just showed a package delivery to my zip code, which had obviously thousands of different addresses. Only thru USPS I was able to verify that the tracking number PayPal provided me corresponded to a different address than mine and it was a small package that the goods I bought couldn’t fit inside. How come PayPal accepts working with fraudulent sellers such these?? Don’t do a simple background check to see what kind of sellers PayPal works with??
