Hello @bennymuttz and @Nadiasadaf,  Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues with a recent refund. Normally, a refund will process immediately if the funds have cleared from the original transaction to the seller, and then back from the seller to you. If we are waiting on the original funds from the transaction, or the seller has refunded the transaction from outside of their PayPal balance, there may be a delay until those funds clear. Once PayPal receives the amount to fund your refund, it will process immediately back to your original funding source. A company called bettshops sent me totally incorrect goods and admitted it when the complaint was made.  Paypal have agreed with this company that I have to return the incorrect goods and pay for the return postage.  The company have also already stated that the return postage was my responsibility and would cost more than the correct goods to be sent would cost.  So in other words, if a company makes a mistake, it is the buyers responsibility?  And Paypal agreed with that and will close the case if I don't return the incorrect sent product?  Shame on this company and shame on Paypal for supporting that decision.  If you buy a car from overseas and they send the wrong car, according to Paypal you are responsible for sending the wrong car back before the right car will be sent?  In my case the loss is $58 USD.  I'd imagine a car return cost could be counted in the $1000's.  Well done Paypal for aligning yourself with unfair and corrupt practices..... ...
