Yeah, I ordered from what seemed to be a uk site. I ordered two of the same item, except in different colours. The red one was fine, the blue one was the wrong product, but similar: it didn't even save them any money sending me the wrong item! All I want is my item. So, I emailed the support address. Nothing. I messaged them via FB. Nothing. I've commented on every ad of theirs on Facebook. They even sent me a link to make a review. I gave it one star. They sent me a discount code! So I raised a dispute on PayPal. They left it to the last minute, of course, and made a counter offer- which I'd be happy to accept; but it requires the tracking details for a return... and they've not provided a return address. PayPal's resolution centre doesn't seem to have a way to escalate this; I think I'll have to phone them. ... View more

I've disputed a transaction because they sent me a different item from the one ordered. I emailed their support email (no phone available). I've messaged them via Facebook messenger, commented on various FB postings  - nothing. So I raised a dispute.   They've finally come back with a counter offer, which I would be willing to accept- except that there's no return address provided. So I can't fill in the tracking details, and therefore can't accept their offer, so the dispute will time out. Given the time it took for the items to arrive, I suspect it's from China, despite the .co.uk email domain. This scam has been going on for at least five years that I know of. Even if they do come back and provide an address in China, it's pointless sending anything, as no courier will offer tracked delivery to China for an amount less than the value of the item, and they'd probably still say it never arrived. Paypal's postion on this is ludicrous.   I will stop using PayPal, even being moved to a UK registered company overseen by the FCA hasn't improved their behaviour.   ... View more

I bought an item using Paypal from a seller in China.  It was supposed to be a gimbal mount with a remote.   What was shipped was a very simple plastic tripod.  When I queried this, they offered me a $10 refund.  I offered to return the item at their expense for a full refund.   They've offered a refund but asked for the item to be shipped.  This will cost over £20, and there's no guarantee I'll get it back.  They're essentially fraudulently advertising an item, sending out something much cheaper, and using return shipping to make it not worth your while to get a refund. Paypal have been useless... they've marked the case as resolved and the only action I can take is to upload shipping info or cancel the case. Unimpressed. Seller info is all in Chinese. Google translate gives it as Shenzhen Daowan Technology Co., Ltd. Recommend not using.   ... View more
