I've disputed a transaction because they sent me a different item from the one ordered. I emailed their support email (no phone available). I've messaged them via Facebook messenger, commented on various FB postings - nothing. So I raised a dispute. They've finally come back with a counter offer, which I would be willing to accept- except that there's no return address provided. So I can't fill in the tracking details, and therefore can't accept their offer, so the dispute will time out. Given the time it took for the items to arrive, I suspect it's from China, despite the .co.uk email domain. This scam has been going on for at least five years that I know of. Even if they do come back and provide an address in China, it's pointless sending anything, as no courier will offer tracked delivery to China for an amount less than the value of the item, and they'd probably still say it never arrived. Paypal's postion on this is ludicrous. I will stop using PayPal, even being moved to a UK registered company overseen by the FCA hasn't improved their behaviour.
