I am new to using PayPal for my new business filefynder.com I have 2 problems. 1. when a customer accesses paypal to make a purchase (on my computer) via a website purchase the screen says... 'requesting ie browser upgrade' ...yet I just installed the latest version (11) of IE?? 2. In order to complete the buy process my software waits for an email receipt. Last night while testing and making some purchases it took 5 minutes for that email to arrive. I was told when starting this that it would appear in seconds...?
