Hello, I never received the merchandise I ordered. I tried contacting the seller but never received an answer. Then I got notification from Paypal from the seller that a UPS tracking number was issued and the package was being shipped. After a few days nothing showed up. I put in the tracking number to UPS and found it was delivered somewhere. I put in a claim to both UPS and. Paypal. Paypal just denied my claim because the package was delivered and the UPS investigation found that the package was lost. When I tried to put in a Request For Claim Payment, UPS forwarded a document on how to file the claim. Ironically, the document also had information that the item had shipped to another address a few blocks away from my address. Since Paypal denied my claim and UPS determined the package was not found what do I do next? By the way , I don't think Paypal and UPS were able to contact the seller to my knowledge.
