I ordered a specific product (iphone projector) and instead of receiving the item I ordered, I received a child's digital camera! I've contacted the company, who offered a 40% refund - what?? How is that acceptable? Then, I escalated it to a claim & the response from Paypal was that I needed to ship the item back to the seller. Now, I'm glad to do that, but they want ME to pay for return shipping to China! How is that in any way acceptable? I gave all the info for my order, even uploaded pictures of my order confirmation showing specifically what was ordered along w/ the item that was received & of course, they are not even related. I call Paypal and can't get anyone on the phone. Not sure what to do, but do not see this as fair in any way. Please help!
