I'm new to using PayPal as a payment option when selling and therefore, payments I receive are put on hold, until 24 hours after delivery made I have sent a few items now with tracking and have received the money 24 hours after delivery. But I have one payment on my account that has been on hold for several days, i added tracking info, the item shows as delivered. PayPal asked me to contact the buyer and ask them to mark it as received which I have, unfortunately it seems the buyer can't be bothered to mark the item as received and now I am left without cleared funds for an item I have sent. How do I resolve this as quickly as possible? Thanks
