Why do these scam artists still hold money after delivery and possitive feedback has been left. It seems like a way of increasing the amount of money they show they have at any one time. They are linked to eBay and the process could be instant. Ive paid for the postage, i offer no refunds, it's been delivered and possitive feedback has been left. What further criteria would you like me to meet to give me my dam money. Sorry to rant but so far I'm out the cost of the item, the eBay fees, PayPal fees and postages fees and theses scammers still want to hold my money a few more days.
