I tried to increase my selling limits and I requested it to ebay. I got an email for ebay. "XXX, I’ve made a complete review on your account and I see here that you are almost qualified for a limit increase. At the same time, I’d like to set proper expectation that before we proceed in reviewing an account for limit increase, all sellers are require them to confirm their identify by linking a verified PayPal account to their eBay account first to protect all our users from fraud and other problems while using eBay. In your case, it shows here that you have successfully link your PayPal account on file; however status of it shows HIGH RESTRICTED. For us to proceed with your request, we’d like you to resolve the issue on your PayPal account first. To do this, all you have to do is to reach out PayPal customer support for them to provide you the complete and accurate information needed in regards to this issue." How to solve this issue?
